Select the currency you want to send and the currency you want to receive. Enter the amount and click "Exchange". You will be redirected to the order page where you will see the payment details. After the transfer, click "I paid" and wait for processing.
Usually the exchange takes from 5 to 15 minutes after network confirmation. The time depends on blockchain load and the selected network.
The platform fee is -5% of the exchange amount. Network blockchain fees may also apply.
If your order hasn't been processed for more than 30 minutes, contact support via the chat on the website or email support@volt-swap.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.
KYC is not required for small amounts. However, large exchanges may require identity verification in accordance with our AML/KYC policy.
